At ThinkSmartLaw we believe that, as lawyers, we have an obligation to improve society and help alleviate and reverse situations of inequality. We are committed to eliminating discrimination and promoting diversity and inclusion.
Our personal experience shows us that, even today, certain groups lack visibility and real equality of rights and that there are certain diversities that do not receive the necessary attention.
Given our privileged position in the promotion and application of the rule of law and that for us, our social responsibility is not a question of profitability but a firm commitment, at ThinkSmartLaw we have adopted the commitment to dedicate each year a part of the firm’s profit to contribute, directly, to the visibility and defense of the rights of the most vulnerable groups.
We are here to do things differently. And that, also implies promoting the role of the legal profession as a real lever to social change, with concrete actions that make diversity visible and protect and promote Human Rights.
